Extra Considerations

• We pride ourselves in the experience you’ll have with our staff - and we know our equipment better than anyone.
• For 75+ people, we recommend at least two bartenders.
• If you don’t see the combination of offerings you’d like, we’re happy to put together a custom quote for you.
• We offer coffee, tea and hot cocoa service, as well as a non-alcoholic service station
• Signature branding panels and full graphic wraps available on certian vehicles. Please inquire for details and pricing.
• The client is responsible for providing any and all alcohol (due to state laws) and securing the ABC license (if applicable). Don’t worry, we can hold your hand through this process. 
• * Disposable cups for 100 guests are provided in each package. Your guest count will determine the additional need for your event.

• If you prefer to provide the tap products onsite, please ensure kegs are sixtels or tall 1/4 barrel kegs that work with a Sankey-D coupler.

• Travel up to 25 miles from us is complimentary. Additional millage is 2.75 per mile. For out-of-town evening events, over night charges will apply. For destinations further than 2.5 hours away, please ask for a custom quote. Tolls not included.

• We can provide a quiet generator if power is not reliable/available. $100.00 per 4 hrs.

• We will arrive one-and-a-half to two hours prior to service and provide up to four hours of service.

• Dates book 12-18 months in advance. An approved estimate or signed contract and non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. (Your deposit is applied towards your balance.)
